The Near-Term Future of Human Capital Management in a 50/50 Political Landscape

As we approach a historic election in November, most experts agree: as a nation, we are at unprecedented levels of political division in this country. Given the recent activism of the executive and judicial branches of the federal government (if not the legislative), and increased levels of state and local activity as well, we in HR mostly “hunker down” and wait for the next mandate to roll out, wondering what impacts it will have on our HCM technology platforms.
