The work of John W Boudreau and Peter Ramstad1 explains the concept of “Talentship” as a “Decision Science” to “increase the success of the organisation by improving decisions that depend on or impact talent resources”. Talentship, they suggest, is to Human Resource Management what Finance is to Accounting, and what Marketing is to Sales.
